Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order and obtain a full refund free of charge before the makeup items are produced or shipped. Once the package is dispatched from our warehouse, any order cancellation request will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility & Time Limit

We accept returns for all nivoreno cosmetic and skincare products. All return applications must be submitted via our online customer service within 30 calendar days upon receipt of your parcel. To qualify for a return, the following terms must be strictly met:

• All returned products must be unopened, unused and unswatched, with original packaging fully intact, free of any scratches, stains or damages;
• For hygiene and safety purposes, liquid makeup, cream skincare products, facial masks and lip glosses are non-returnable once opened;
• A valid purchase order receipt must be provided when submitting a return application;
• All returns shall be shipped to the following fixed return warehouse address: Unit 613, Building A, No. 2837 Fu'an Street, Erdao District, Changchun City, Jilin Province, China. Please contact our online customer service before sending back your parcel to obtain return instructions.

Return Cost Rules

Customers shall bear a maximum of one-time shipping fee (including return shipping). No restocking fee will be charged for all eligible beauty product returns.

Refund Process

We will send an official site message to notify you of the goods receipt status after we receive and inspect your returned items; We will confirm the approval or rejection of your refund application within 3 working days after product inspection; Once the refund is approved, the full payment will be refunded to your original payment account (including credit card, PayPal and other payment channels). The actual arrival time depends on the processing cycle of the corresponding payment institution, which is generally 3 to 10 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you fail to receive the refund after your application is approved, please follow the steps below: First, check your bank account balance carefully; Consult your card-issuing bank or payment platform to inquire about the refund processing progress; Contact our online customer service for assistance in tracking your refund record.
